Since big cat is not around ^_^ little mouse can come out of her hiding hole and play a little
Summer is here so, we have few news and updates for the anime fans!
First of all, current projects. We do have few releases ready to go but since the big cat is not around… we can’t do much so patience is a virtue!
Now to the new season shows \o. Some may have seen the fansub wiki and already knows what’s coming up. But will say it again here for the record ^^. We have picked the best of course ,as we always like to bring you only the best shows out there:
1- Tokyo Magnitude 8.0: This was supposed to be a solo Frostii project but our friends over ANBU thought no need for 2 quality groups to sub the same show, oversub, so we are joining our horses to bring you x2 quality release ^_^;
2- Spice & Wolf II: well, you knew this from a while since we released the ova a while ago, but there might be a change of plan as our dear Fakia has retired lately and we are still looking for a replacement. and the tv will be too \o
3- Bakemonogatari: laaaaaaaaaast but not least >_> this typeset-horror show! We haven’t announced before because we wanted to see how heavy the signs are, then how many typesetters are welling to work on it! Few hrs ago we have fed Fin, our pretty translator, with 4-5 typesetters and she is rolling as we speak. Don’t expect this show to be out regulary or fast as it is signs-heavy and it will take a lot of time to finish one ep even with 4-5 good typesetters ^_^; Let’s see how long they will last before breaking up!
GO GO TYPESETTERS *dances* SHOW SHAFT WHO IS THE BOSS \o/
Did we pick too many shows again?? Well, we are greedy so can’t help it :p

They speak the need of taking their axe, er, guitar to maintenance every once in a while. In 17 years of owning bass guitars, and 22 years or owning trumpets, I have never taken my instruments in for a maintenance. With my latest trumpet, it might change, but who knows? And as for the Ibaneze I had the picture of earlier? The last time I changed its strings were in 1994 – 15 years ago. No rusts. (That’s a set of medium heavy Blue Steels.) I don’t see the neck warping either. As long as these things sit in normal climate, I really don’t see the need for such serious maintenance only a year after the purchase of the guitar. If anything, the guitar should be retuned on the spot when you buy it.
There is something that Yui did that everyone should also do – name your guitar! Even the Les Paul in Beck had a name – a pretty name, Lucille. (I know, they are in totally different context, but who cares?)

Hawk is crazy. But it’s Miguel Zale who amplified the ferocity by unleashing the monster to the ring. And Zale has absolutely no regrets of doing so. He’s enjoying every minute of it. Even Takamura looks like an angel compared to him. For now.

For 8 looooong episodes, Takizawa-kun has restrained is strong inner need to flash someone, anyone, but he can no longer hold it in. When Akira has the opportunity to illicit much-needed information about how to beat the newest hentai game and satisfy his urges, he abandons all pretense. Otaku need lovin’ too.

Takizawa tests the neuralizer option on his phone after some careful directions from Juiz regarding the proper direction of focus and a bit of trial and error. Juiz came up with this option while watching MIB in between Savior requests. An unfortunate side effect for Juiz however, is the tendency to have to explain the option multiple times when Selecao seem unable to point it in the correct direction.

*Warning, overuse may result in permanent memory loss

In many, many series, the beach episode has become one of the iconic cliche topic. Now, they’re pulling off the second set of it in this 12-episode series. What gives? And… is it just me who wanted to see the girls play their music in their swim suits?
Oh yeah, we do get an onsen scene too.
P.S. To those who don’t read the comments—Frostii is waiting for the Blu-Ray releases to do the wide screen version.
