It’s a minor glitch, a little typo in the script at 12:15: it says “Kytou” instead of “Kyotou“.
So for those who care and are too lazy to fix it themselfs I made patches:

Monthly. We are a bit behind, but should be catching up pretty soon, so expect a few more episodes in the future.
Well, the second ep came out two weeks after the first one. The rest will be monthly.

Thanks a lot! Your release is the best one out there, as they usually are. This is definitely the one I’m archiving. Too bad the karaoke is hardsubbed though. Your releases would be “perfect 10s” in my book if they were softsubbed (I hate karaoke with a passion, no matter how beautifully done they are). ^^;

Wating for second episode.
Seriously, don’t understand how you can like this anime… sure, everyone has his own taste, same for food, games, movies, music and also anime. But still… most of the time poor humor, way too much stupid talking (more than in other action anime), childish animation which may be unique and different from other anime, but still doesn’t seem like a good choice, and very short fights which are not even taken serious. Just feels like a bad comedy anime to me. And why 1 hour? Just so they can keep talking longer and have even slower pace? I really don’t see where the quality’s of this anime lie, if it even has any. Too bad for my time or HD space, that much is for sure…
If frostii wants to sub it, go ahead. But I think your time is better spend on other series.

Sorry, i found the problem. I had change the original file name. Patch work now.
This might be a bit late, but I made a bash script for the patch for those on linux, you have to get an xdelta binary for your system yourself though. link: http://www.2shared.com/file/qxOS5OEo/Frostii_Kat01_hd_patch.html The script is written to be easily reused, so feel free to use this for later patches.
