For the problem with CoreAVC, it's a h264 feature that was recently implemented in x264 and that is not supported yet by the CoreAVC decoder.
They say it will work correctly with CoreAVC 2.0 that should be out in a few days. In the meantime use ffdshow or another h264 decoder.

I did not expect a double release this week. Is your double release has something to do with the twins?

Thanks again!

Maelstrom , I use 1.9.5 , it's got deblocking issues just like stated above . you probably haven't disabled the mpc internal filters and haven't actually been using coreavc .

Ah, wait. If you install the latest version of CoreAVC (version 1.9.5) then it stops pixellating, at least for me. I'm using Media Player Classic by the way.

Really messy with coreavc. went from bad to worse in episode 6.

I do think it is coreavc related , so I agree with desolo , we can just use the internal filter in mpc-hc or use the ffdshow one.

Still it is something you guys should consider looking into when encoding your next episede , maybe use another encoder or check options , idk , im sure circumventing or avoiding this issue is absolutely possible.

Thank you again for a fun and well translated episode !

Thank you for the release.

Can I ask, why I'm having a pixelated episode?.

You previous releases was fine except for Episode 5 and now Episode 6, they both are pixelatting.....

I have CCCP and CoreAVC installed.

Other mkv files work fine, just these 2.

Can anyone help me, thank you!.
