They say it will work correctly with CoreAVC 2.0 that should be out in a few days. In the meantime use ffdshow or another h264 decoder. I do think it is coreavc related , so I agree with desolo , we can just use the internal filter in mpc-hc or use the ffdshow one. Still it is something you guys should consider looking into when encoding your next episede , maybe use another encoder or check options , idk , im sure circumventing or avoiding this issue is absolutely possible.
