Thanks, triple release ftw
Waouh! A triple release?! That’s awesome ^^
But at the same time, it means there is only 1 episode left…
Thank you so much for these 3 episodes!
holy shit triple release!
was wondering why this show was delayed
Awesome release ^^ thanks guys
Awesum xD
Thanks
Nice one.
Thanks.
Holy crap you guys caught up. I like your releases better than BSS’s.
Holy crap. I watched the 3 episodes a second time and sure enough….
although i probably should have realized it sooner >.<
Thank y’all for the wonderful releases.
These episodes were pretty good, though I disliked the way they handled the unfolding of some of the events. I suppose the sad thing is, (in regards to said “events”) we all knew it had to happen from episode 1. It just wouldn’t have had proper impact otherwise.
Here’s to hoping episode eleven will draw the series to a well-played conclusion.
While I’m with you that *something* had to happen (just because of authenticity), I must say I didn’t see that coming until I worked on episode 10. Well now when you know it and rewatch the episodes before, you clearly see a lot of hints and some sequences actually may have different meanings. I know that some call that *cheating* – I call that “great directing”. I was really moved when I realized what was going on. And I’m looking forward to the final episode this week.
There’s finally a real conversation here. Episode 10 was also an eye opener for me. And the preview after episode 8, IIRC (the one that talks about the syndrome), all made sense. Then I went back to episode 2. That was a powerful moment.
i like this anime…. i support you frostii hope you wont drop this lovely anime….
There’s only one more ep left, I don’t think they’re going to drop it at this point.
That’s nice of you to release 3 episodes at once… I watched 8&9 (BSS) before, but still re-downloaded these.
As to the certain occurence in 10th, to me, it wasn’t so obvious. Although it was well-based on previous series.
After the scene in episode 10, when Mirai wakes up I sensed that there was something wrong. But I still wasn’t sure. I’m just puzzled as to why it happened. They really didn’t detail the actual cause. No spoilers here.
The news clip at the end of ep9 (I think) mentioned Crush syndrome. I figured that was the cause.
i still dont get how *that* happened tho
all seemed well and lively in from ep 2~7
Remember where Mirai found Yuuki in ep 2? That’s how. It’s common for the affected not to feel serious effect until it’s too late. For example, this very syndrome killed over 40 people after Kobe quake of 1995. Because the affected only recognize very non-serious effects, such as dizzyness (which Yuuki has been experiencing), physicians can misdiagnose them and not provide a proper treatment, especially in the triage situation.
this episode made me cry
Wow, didn’t see that coming at all, even thought that after they left without the backpack and then he still has it it was an animation error.
AMAZING series, no way an animated series this powerful be green lit outside of Japan.
Thanks, eagerly waiting for the finale. I´m not a huge fan of this show but still it would be interesting to see how it ends
GG
Love your work Frostii, thanks a lot for you hard work and eps 1-10, but seriously, are you dropping this or something?
I mean, its already half a month or so since the last episode aired, any special reason for this hold up? If so, please, let us [fans] know, maybe its ANBU related or something, and if that’s what it is what are the chances you’ll release the episode by your own?
@Sylf
I know this is late and all, but Yuuki wasn’t likely suffering from Crush Syndrome. That usually kills you very soon after the pressure is released and the metabolites from the muscle trauma are released rapidly into your system.
More likely he was suffering from a hematoma or brain swelling from ep.4. When you have head trauma and the dizziness doesn’t go away after a day or two and you have that uncontrolled vomiting, it’s usually concussion or worse. I have seen three people die from it.
That was the first thing I thought of when he didn’t get up after pushing Mirai out of the way, but they didn’t make it seem like he lost conciousness or was really hurt. Mari saying that he only had a bump on his head let me think I was wrong.
Sorry for being long winded.
Hmm, that sounds plausible too. I only made my guess based on what the preview mentioned in ep 9.
Rescue Wings had a good depiction of Crush Syndrome, but I don’t remember the ep.
That was in episode 3, A Painful Job.
Ep11?
Watched it already, but want Frostiis for my collection. ♥
How long is it going to take? Well maybe I just get someone elses version
Without having any inside information, I’m going to take a wild guess that it’ll be out within 4 days.
I don’t know if 4 days is a good number ;d
In my opinion there’s something wrong with ANBU, cause ANBU’s Canaan is also delayed by quite a bit already [the last episode they released was 10], I just hope that even if ANBU won’t be able to help with the last episode, frostii will release it on their own [same with Menclave and Canaan ;d]
Update, yup on second thought 4 days should be a good enough number, from ANBU’s site:
“CANAAN, Cross Game, Kami no Shizuku, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
all of these projects have been lagged because amanist has been on an extended vacation which was promptly followed by an unexpectedly ridiculous amount of research waiting for him when he came back from vacation; things have settled down a little for amanist, and he should be back on track with his projects soon.”
Was posted on the 3rd of October, so yeah, 4 days from now should be good enough [or so I hope, really wanna archive this awesome anime already]
