Here you go. Episodes 3 & 4, plus the extra episode 2. I haven’t watched these either, so it’s your turn to find the difference from the TV version.

thats actually not a bad idea for some people with outdated computers, 480p would probably be impossible from a blu-ray release but perhaps it could be released to accommodate
I updated the post. For the future: learn how to handle an easy to use transcoding tool like MediaCoder or whatever!
How old is your machine anyway – those 720p episodes are running smooth on my netbook, for whoever’s sake ~_~
actually, he may have a point. 720p eps generally didnt play on my former main box (1.5ghz athlon xp, 1.25gb, geforce 7600gs) and some of them had trouble on my 2ghz sempron laptop, forcing me to play it on my basement pc (pentium D 3.4ghz), work pc (3ghz p4 HT), or recoding it from 720p x264 to 480p xvid, at which point it played on any pc.
i gave up watching macross frontier because of that….
some series in 720p played on laptop, and ive since gotten a new pc (core2 e8400), and upped the laptop cpu to turion64 2ghz)

I really wonder if its that the ppl are not able to install proper codecs or if they really use computer from 1998, beeing not able to play back just 1280×720. Even my old crappy laptop with just 1.7 ghz plays that res proper back.

does anyone know what the difference is between the TV eps and the blu ray release? ive been meaning to check this out and i hear they changed some stuff for blu ray, wondering what and if its worth just gettin the bd versions
get the bd version. cuz it’s bd. we also included two scripts. one has japanese cultural stuff left in, like honorifics. the other one is fairly localized. get the bd. cuz it’s bd. himura kenshin would get the bd.
lol.. is there actually anything extra in it though? because i still have not seen the series. is it really worth just waiting for the BD releases to be all out, will i miss anything other than prettier visuals if i just c heck it out with the older regular release?
