Eden of the East (Higashi no Eden)

Frostii is planning to pick up several new shows this spring. This new group will finally be in full operation. None of the back-logged shows will be dropped or slowed down. We’ll just be in a super high gear mode for a while! To show off one of the shows we’re picking up, we want to tease everyone with this little trailer. What do you think? I hope this will intrigue at least some of you.
Other shows we’ve confirmed so far to pick up include K-On and Ristorante Paradiso.

Will probably watch K-On as well, although I’m a bit tsun-tsun towards Kyoani for the delayed Haruhi 2nd season.

At the very least this is looking interesting and fairly unconventional. You just know there’s going to be engrish if it plays in America, but the trailer managed to make me curious enough to give it a watch. Good music, too.
Ristorante Paradiso sounds promising and KyoAni’s K-ON will probably kick ass, so it seems there will be plenty of good shows this season.

Can’t wait for Eden of the East since its announcement. Kenji Kamiyama shows are always made of pure win. And absolutely glad to hear that you guys will sub it!
I’m not sure if I will watch RP and K-On, but I will definitely give it a try. Just too bad that you didn’t pick up Sengoku Basara although there were these rumors on Fansubwiki.
All in all, I’m eagerly awaiting the new Frostii season.

Now I know one of the shows I’m gonna pick up this spring ! The animation seems to be absolutely wonderful, and I’ve seen that Kenji Kawai will be the one composing the music… this is gonna be epic xD

There will be a 4th project that has not been decided yet. The translator is waiting for first eps to show before he picks something, so who knows. I was hoping Frostii will pick Basara too as I love samurai shows… but translator should like it too >_>
Wow, how many staff and translators do you guys have? Are you sure you won’t end up slowing down on anything?
Believe it or not, the only clash of staff in these upcoming projects would be the quality checkers :p
Wow. I didn’t know so many responses would come in so fast. This is so cool. Hehehe. Now I’m more pumped about the new season than before. It would be good to have more quality checkers with good command on English to minimize the bottleneck. Anyone interested?
